Giant Canopies

Sometimes there is a need for a canopy that is 24 feet or more in width, and this is why giant canopies are sold by many of the shelter manufacturers. These structures are useful for covering large lawn spaces and asphalt areas where children may be playing or where things need to be protected from the elements. For any event that will need to provide shelter for hundreds of guests, a large canopy will be the best option.

When buying a large gazebo or canopy it is always worth checking the size that is needed. Most structures come in one width but have differing lengths, and these will be slightly more expensive with each upgrade. If these items are going to be used as rain protection for those holding outdoor events, it is a good idea to buy them slightly larger than the space needed, as this will mean that there is additional space within the enclosure on the sides that can be left open when it rains. If people have to stand all the way up to the edge of the structure, they will end up getting wet if there is any kind of wind with the rain.

These giant canopies also make excellent storage tents for vehicles and machinery. On large estates there may be lots of tree cutting and grass mowing equipment that will be too big for any type of shed. It might also be necessary to store furniture and event seating out of regular seasons. These tents are as large as they come and can easily accommodate chairs, tables and even stage rigging when it is not in use. They can be used on different grounds, not just grass, so they can be perfect for machinery yards, courtyards or other areas where temporary or permanent dry storage of bulky items is necessary.
